No. The price is low because the site is built on a proven set-up we know inside out, and because we ask for a 12-month care plan alongside it. That plan is how we can afford to keep the build cost down and include your hosting.
Nothing changes automatically. You can carry on month to month, move to a different plan, or leave. If you leave, we hand over your website, domain and content in full.
Not at all. Most of our clients have nobody technical, which is precisely why we do the updates for you by email. If you would like to learn, we will happily teach you instead.
Usually yes. We will look at what you have, tell you honestly whether it is worth keeping, and give you a fixed price either to take it on or to rebuild it properly.

As there is usually no access to the admin area to transfer it, if your site was built with AI, we will almost always rebuild it.
If you like the design we can replicate it, but web design is dependant on things like how well it performs in search engines, and nowadays, how it performs with AI.
Carefully, and in line with UK GDPR. Data stays in UK or EU hosting wherever possible, access is limited to what we genuinely need, and we will talk you through your responsibilities as well as ours.
If your organisation is outside the UK, don't worry. We have use a Global Network service (called a CDN) that puts your website on every continent, in multiple cities, from Seattle, to Sydney.
Our web hosting automatically expands based on how many visitors you have. So if your website suddenly has thousands or millions of visitors, it won't go down.
